1. Zumba is for everyone!
There are various categories of Zumba according to various age groups and this dance form can accommodate everyone! Zumba Kids is designed for children between 4 to 12 years of age. Zumba Gold is designed for the slightly elderly participants. The routines are designed according to the target audience. Zumba Basic, Zumba toning, Aqua Zumba, Zumba Atomic etc are common classes that suit the age group of 14 years to 40 years.

2. Cardio Party!
Zumba is considered to be one of the best cardio exercises. It burns 400 to 500 calories per hour if you dance your heart out in that class. Tighter abs, tighter calf and thigh muscles are your rewards for being regular to the Zumba party.
